Operations Director
With a distinguished background in the Royal Marines and over six years as a business director, Jamie has built a career as a Motorsport Athlete and Performance Coach at Jamie Falvey Racing.
He specialises in operational planning, car testing, and brand ambassadorship, applying military discipline and strategic insight to elevate the sport, its athletes, and sponsors.
Central to his work is a strong commitment to mental health advocacy in the military and emergency services, championed through his 'motorsport for mental health' initiative—an effort that unites his passion for motor racing with a mission to support service members’ wellbeing, driving positive change on and off the track.
Ben Cooke
Managing Director
Ben is a Chartered Accountant and Business owner with over 40 years’ experience in Financial Services Industry.
After senior roles with Deloitte and Ernst & Young Ben founded Dominion, his own offshore fiduciary business, in 2001. An expert in international structuring for both Corporate and Ultra High Net Worth clients, Ben has lead Dominion to become one of the World’s largest Owner Managed businesses of it’s type.
Ben is also involved in many private business ventures involving his passions for both sport and Philanthropy.
Ben is also a keen motorsports enthusiast and has taken part in GT Motor Racing events in the UK and Europe and has brought this passion to the creation of Dallara Stradale UK.
Sean Cooper
Technical Manager
Sean Cooper is the founder and principal of Track Focused, a UK-based motorsport team and performance engineering specialist known for high-performance vehicle preparation and elite track support across the UK and Europe.
With over 15 years’ experience in motorsport and automotive industries, Sean combines hands-on technical expertise with first-hand driving insight.
This unique dual perspective has helped establish Track Focused as a respected name in both endurance and sprint racing. Under Sean’s leadership, the company has worked closely with top sportscar and GT marques, cultivating strong relationships with leading manufacturers. His commitment to engineering excellence and precision continues to drive Track Focused’s reputation at the forefront of the motorsport industry.
